No. You pay per school, and staff is unlimited on every plan — add every custodian, driver, dept head, and teacher you want. Head Admins and Accountants are free too.
Same product, two ways to pay. Monthly is $250 per school, billed month-to-month. Annual is $200 per school per month — 20% off — paid up front for the year ($2,400 per school) and renewing yearly. Districts that budget by school year usually prefer annual.
Paying for the year up front drops the rate from $250 to $200 per school per month. That is $600 saved per school every year, and one invoice instead of twelve for your business office.
Add it from Settings → Schools. Your subscription updates automatically with a prorated charge — on monthly, for the rest of the month; on annual, for the rest of your year. No phone call, no new contract.
The superintendent account sees every school and the district-wide overview. Each school gets its own principal — full admin powers inside their school, nothing outside it. Principals are assigned (and removed) by the superintendent in Settings.
No lock-in beyond what you chose to pay for. Monthly cancels any time. Annual runs through the year you paid for and simply doesn't renew if you cancel — manage it from Settings → Billing.
