Each school is priced in its own bracket, so your average cost per school drops as your district grows. Ten schools at the first-school rate would be $2,000/mo — brackets bring it to $1,400, putting $600 a month back in your budget. Add or archive schools any time from Settings — billing prorates automatically.

No. You pay per school, and staff is unlimited on every plan — add every custodian, driver, dept head, and teacher you want. Head Admins and Accountants are free too.
Each school is priced in its own bracket: your 1st school is $200/mo, schools 2–4 are $150/mo each, and schools 5–10 are $125/mo each. A 3-school district pays $500/mo; a 6-school district pays $900/mo.
Add it from Settings → Schools. Your subscription updates automatically with a prorated charge for the rest of the month — no phone call, no new contract.
The superintendent account sees every school and the district-wide overview. Each school gets its own principal — full admin powers inside their school, nothing outside it. Principals are assigned (and removed) by the superintendent in Settings.
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — your district keeps access through the end of the billing period.
